You are very welcome to contact us during your stay in Queenstown, we are always happy to help. There is no daily house keeping service, however if you would like to arrange extra services, please let us know and we can advise cost accordingly.
This is a NO SMOKING property, fine of $500 will be charged if smoked inside the property.
Parking: If no free parking is available nearby on Lake Esplanade, you can pay separately for parking next door at Lakeside Motel. Cost is $20 per day on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Not guaranteed, but you need to see reception at Lakeside Motel, pay them directly and give them your car details. Cannot be pre booked. This is totally separate to our booking process and we have no control over the payment or availability.
