Entry is through a ground floor spacious courtyard. Elevated timber deck to enjoy the ambiance. Front door entry has ample space for hanging coats and shoes.Â
Lounge Area: New cloth chaise lounge with 65 inch 4K Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Air conditioning for heating and cooling. Ultra fast Wi-Fi with unlimited data.Â
Kitchen Area: Fully equipped kitchen with integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Electric cook top and under bench oven. Nespresso coffee pod machine. European style washing machine/dryer. Large stone island bench for drinks and dining.Â
Main Bedroom: New Super King bed and premium linen. Ceiling fan and heating. 55 inch 4K Smart TV. Large wardrobe space.Â
2nd Bedroom: New King bed that can be split on request. Ceiling fan and heating. Large wardrobe space.Â
3rd Bedroom: New King bed that can be split on request. Ceiling fan and heating . Large wardrobe space.Â
Bathrooms: 2 Separate bathrooms with under floor heating. Large shower with rain water head and hand-held shower. Hair dryer. A toilet in each bathroom.Â
Guests have full use of the entire property Our hosting team are professional, caring and fast responding.Â
You are very welcome to contact us during your stay in Queenstown, we are always happy to help. There is no daily house keeping service, however if you would like to arrange extra services, please let us know and we can advise cost accordingly.Â
This is a NO SMOKING property, fine of $500 will be charged if smoked inside the property.
Parking: If no free parking is available nearby on Lake Esplanade, you can pay separately for parking next door at Lakeside Motel. Cost is $20 per day on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Not guaranteed, but you need to see reception at Lakeside Motel, pay them directly and give them your car details. Cannot be pre booked. This is totally separate to our booking process and we have no control over the payment or availability.

Booking Policy
Check-in time is from 3pm on the date of arrival. Check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure.

Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 2 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event of a cancellation please find our cancellation policy below:
For cancellations outside of 30 days prior to your arrival there will be no charge however if you cancel within 30 days of your expected arrival, full accommodation cost will be retained. In the event of a no show the entire stay will be charged to the supplied credit card.Â
For all Non-Refundable reservations the full accommodation amount will be charged to the card prior to your arrival.
We takes no responsibility for currency fluctuations when dealing with returned deposits.
We strongly advise all guests ensure their travel insurance is up to date and valid for this region.
