Prior to your arrival, the house will be prepared by our professional housekeeping team to the standard of a hotel/apartment. The following will be prepared and provided:
- Beds made up with fresh linen.
- At least one set of towel per person.
- Coffee & tea
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap.
There will be no daily housekeeping service. However if you would like to have extra services please let us know and we can advise cost accordingly.
Guest have access to the entire Four Bedroom House on the 2nd and 3rd floor with their own private access.
We are happy to assist guest whenever possible and are available by the Airbnb app or phone. Just send us a message/text for quick response.

Ride sharing Uber is also available now in Queenstown.
Public transport is about 5 min walk from the property down the hill.
If you are driving then complimentary street parking is available in front of the property on the street.
There is unit attached to the main house with its own external entrance on the ground floor and has NO access to the main house, it is your own space and completely private.
Our place is Non Smoking and any room found to be smoked in will be FINED $500

Booking Policy
Check-in time is from 3pm on the date of arrival. Check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure.
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
Children:
Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 2 years and above are considered adults at this property.
To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event of a cancellation please find our cancellation policy below:
For cancellations outside of 30 days prior to your arrival there will be no charge however if you cancel within 30 days of your expected arrival, full accommodation cost will be retained. In the event of a no show the entire stay will be charged to the supplied credit card.
For all Non-Refundable reservations the full accommodation amount will be charged to the card prior to your arrival.
We takes no responsibility for currency fluctuations when dealing with returned deposits.
We strongly advise all guests ensure their travel insurance is up to date and valid for this region.

We require a valid credit card to secure your booking and your credit card may be pre-authorised prior to your arrival.
Please note a 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to payments made by credit card.
