Named for the native silver fern. This is our largest suite with private entrance, separate dining area and full kitchen.
It has a Southeast Asian decor. Enjoy a refreshing drink on our private stone patio surrounded by native punga (tree ferns) and within touch or our New Zealand native wood pigeon "Sweet Girl"
The Silver Fern is surrounded by the Hazel-N-Rose garden and has large picture windows looking out to the views.
Our guests suites have been appointed with every imaginable comfort and amenity and overlook the lake and mountains.
Each suite has a sitting room, writing desk with house stationery, magazines and books, mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, DVD player and iron/ironing board.
Our En-suites are equipped with an oversized jet spa bath, a separate shower, double vanity, heated towel rail, under-tile heating & hair dryer.

Our indoor guest areas include the Snooker Room featuring a full sized historic English snooker table and dartboard. Curl up in the New River Lounge and Bar with open fireplace, large picture windows, and majestic views of the Remarkable Mountain range and Lake Wakatipu.
Guest have access to the entire suite and indoor areas.
We are happy to assist guest whenever possible and are available by the Airbnb app or phone. Just send us a message/text for quick response.
Our place is located right in between the Airport and Town center and is just 8 minutes drive either direction.
Public transport is also close to the property down the hill with buses every 20 minutes taking you into town or any other places in Queenstown.
This area is quiet, family friendly and has spectacular Panoramic views of the Remarkable Mountain’s and Lake Wakatipu and is a sought after location in Queenstown.
Taxis are available 24/7.
Queenstown Taxis & Green Cabs to name a few.
Ride sharing Uber is also available now in Queenstown.
Public transport is just across the property down the hill.
If you are driving then complimentary parking is available at the property.

Booking Policy
Check-in time is from 3pm on the date of arrival. Check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure.

Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 2 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event of a cancellation please find our cancellation policy below:
For cancellations outside of 30 days prior to your arrival there will be no charge however if you cancel within 30 days of your expected arrival, full accommodation cost will be retained. In the event of a no show the entire stay will be charged to the supplied credit card.
For all Non-Refundable reservations the full accommodation amount will be charged to the card prior to your arrival.
We takes no responsibility for currency fluctuations when dealing with returned deposits.
We strongly advise all guests ensure their travel insurance is up to date and valid for this region.
